The Sovereignty refers to the entire capacity of our freedom of action in the development of legitimate and autonomous power that we each world's peoples to exercise authority with full control of our rights, to propose, decide and direct the destiny of the country themselves, the State, the Nation and the Government. As part of the constitutional provision stating that "sovereignty resides untransferable in the people" , Article 5 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
